The fan came very quickly, has 5 speeds, only used the first one, because it is quite enough, the charging lasted for about 6 hours, maybe more, definitely not detected, satisfied with the purchase👍

This purchase was frustrating from start to finish. Shipping was slow, the box arrived dented, and support took a day to respond. Thankfully, the fan works well and is comfortable, so I use it daily. However, the overall shopping experience was disappointing, and the store needs to improve their service to avoid disappointing customers.
Honestly, I’m not happy at all with the way this was shipped. I was just really frustrated. Late delivery, and the box was totally crushed, making me wonder if the fan inside would even work. Luckily, it still runs well, cools, and is comfortable to use every day. But to be honest, the overall shopping experience was terrible. I hope they fix the shipping issues in the future
This fan is super convenient, light, and doesn’t weigh down on my neck—I really like it. But the shipping took longer than expected, and when it arrived, the box was all squished. Luckily, the fan itself was okay, and I’ve been using it every day outside, and it really helps in this heat. Better packaging and faster delivery would be big pluses!
